If you’ve got an unopened product you’d like to return, we’d love to have it back!
According to our refund policy, you can request a return within 14 days from receiving your product with no questions asked. We will cover the handling and restocking costs, but you will have to pay for the return shipping to our warehouse.
Upon confirmed receipt of your items, we will issue a refund for your full purchase amount.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for any opened products.
Return Instructions
Go to the Shopify Account Portal and login with the email you used to place the order (As an alternative, reach out to us at here or our support email)
Navigate to orders, and select the order you’d like to return
Submit the return request and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible!
For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns after our 14-day window, or for products that were bought on sale.
